This website is operated by Fahad Ahsan, REALTOR® with eXp Realty. We collect as little as we can and never sell your information.

What we collect

• An anonymous visitor ID. When you view a listing we set a cookie named hwf_vid containing a random ID (kept for up to a year). It contains no personal details.
• Listing view statistics for CREA. The rules for displaying MLS® listings require us to report listing views and clicks to The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA). Each report includes the listing, the anonymous visitor ID, your IP address and the page you came from.
• Your saved search. Your last search and filters are stored in your own browser (local storage) so they are there next time. They never leave your device.

Third parties

• Listing photos load from CREA’s servers (ddfcdn.realtor.ca).
• Listing maps load from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when the map is shown.
• The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to deliver and protect the site.

When you contact us

Calling or emailing uses your own phone or email app. We receive only what you choose to send, and use it only to reply and help with your home search.

Your choices
